Okay well this is my first blog....so here it goes.
Well we are enjoying are last few days on leave in Oklahoma. It has been pretty nice and peaceful. We have had a few bumps in the road but what family vacation is completely sane. Are ride down here was not so good though. Lets start from the beginning.
We left Thursday morning at midnight. The kids were blessings the whole trip here. They only got fussy at the very end of the trip. As for me I got hit pretty hard with car sickness. I didnt sleep for 48 hrs. Needless to say Kris ended up driving the whole trip instead of us switching half way through. Once we got here we stopped by my moms to drop the kids off and then headed to my dads. We spent most of leave staying with my dad at his house and most of leave without our kids. LOL Saturday was Jaydens 1st birthday and it didnt go as I planned. Not only was it to windy but Jayden wasnt feeling good at all. He cried the whole time. He got lots of great presents from family. He wasnt into his smash cake at all. He actually got mad when I put his hands in it because they got dirty. It was very funny. We ended up at Urgent Care on his birthday to. He ended up with having a Asthma attack. Poor Baby and on his birthday. We also had another birthday party on Sunday with the in-laws. It was a wonderful party and planned so well by my mother in law. To top it off my wonderful MOTHER IN LAW threw Kris and I a surprise house warming/wedding shower since we never had one. We were blessed with so many amazing gifts..The best one was my KITCHEN AID! We really havent done much on leave except relax. Which has been nice because we are always going. We went to grove for a day and ended up deciding to move my brother to El Paso with us. We are excited to help him get his life started and finish school and get into college. Yes i understand we will have ups and downs with him but I truly believe this is whats best for my brother. Well I am planning on going to childrens orchard tomorrow and to get my nails done with malness. Then maybe before me and my hubby can go on a date but if not we will go wednesday. Then Thursday we are off on are big trip home with lots of wonderful things. This mommy will be super busy with organizing and going through things ASAP.
